The Meadowbrook Bistro is open to golfers and the public for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Choose to dine indoors or alfresco under the sails, with stunning views over the golf course. Our relaxed modern space makes Meadowbrook Bistro the perfect place to meet up with family and friends. Our Chef, Jess Lord, is one of the country’s best culinary talents. A local foodie since a young age, Jess was awarded QLD Apprentice Chef of the Year, was a national finalist in the Proud to be a Chef competition, and trained under Exec Chef Sean Collins at Novotel Brisbane.
